GOLF PART OF THE 2010 MALTA TRADE FAIR

Golf has been given the privilege to be part of the involvement of the Malta Sports Council on the Malta Stand at the Trade Fair grounds in Ta’ Qali. The theme of the stand is dedicated to recreation and open spaces – “where children play and grow” – and will emphasize the concept of open spaces that are being embellished for all the family to enjoy.

This is a great promotional opportunity for the game of golf in Malta and the other sports and recreational activities that can be enjoyed within the green environment at Marsa.

Through the encouragement of the Malta Sports Council, three putting greens have been set up at the stand allowing children and adults to experience a little bit of the joy that our game offers.

The Malta Golf Association is grateful for having been given this unique chance to highlight the game of golf to the Maltese public and extends its thanks to the staff of the Malta Sports Council and the volunteers at the stand as well as to the members of the Royal Malta Golf Club who have offered to dedicate their personal free time to help manage the golf area during the Fair.

The Trade Fair is open daily between Thursday 24th June and Sunday 4th July between 18:30 and 23:30 hours.
