BECK AND BENNETT PLAYING IN TOURNAMENTS

Royal Malta Golf Club members, Nicholas Beck and Michael Bennett, have taken a personal initiative to go and play in two different tournaments overseas.

Nicholas will participate in the SLOVAK AMATEUR GOLF OPEN that will be held at the Golf Resort Welten in Bac over three rounds between the 13th and 15th August. The course is 6800 yards with a course rating of 73.8 and slope of 144 off the black tees. As far as we can understand the starting list, 84 players have registered to play in the tournament and Nicholas is one of a few overseas players in the list. http://www.welten.sk

Michael, on the other hand, will participate in the Stableford option of the 12th SERBIAN INTERNATIONAL AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP that will be held at the Golf Club Center in Belgrade over two rounds between the 13th and 14th September. The starting field of this tournament is limited to 44 players. The tournament will be played concurrently with the 54-hole stroke play event being held at Golf Club Belgrade. www.golfclubcentar.rs
